Admission Procedure

  1. Qualifying Certificates/ Mark lists (SSLC Book, Plus Two or Equivalent Mark List, BA/BSc/BCom Mark Lists/ Degree).
  2. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  3. Latest Income Certificate (taken within one year) and Caste Certificate (taken within three years) from Village Officer (for fee concession)
  4. Income Certificate and Caste/ Community Certificates in the case of SC/ST/OBC/OEC applicants.
  5. Provisional Degree Certificates
  6. Three Passport size Photographs
  7. Eligibility/ Recognition Certificate & Migration Certificate, if applicable.
  8. All other relevant certificates claimed for index mark calculation (eg. N.C.C., N.S.S., Dependents of Ex- Servicemen etc.)
  • Students selected for admission shall pay fees immediately as per University/Govt. deadline.
  • Candidates who seek admission under the Management Quota should get the Sponsorship form from the College Office.
  •  Admission to aided courses is governed by the terms of the agreement between the Management of the College and the Government.
50% seats will be filled by open selection on the basis of merit.
10% seats will be reserved for the students belonging to the orthodox Community.
20% seats will be reserved for students belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes.
20% seats will be filled by students from management quota.

  • Anyone who secures admission to the College based on false or erroneous information will forfeit his/her seat as soon as the matter comes to the notice of the authorities. If the documents are not produced at the time of interview admission will not be given.
  • The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason.
  • Political activism is strictly banned on campus. All students are required to abide by the rules and regulations.
  • Students involved in ragging cases either in College or Hostel will be expelled from the College &/or Hostel at any time during the study. Any case of ragging will be immediately reported to the police. The direction from the honorable Supreme Court, the UGC & the Government will be strictly followed.

The details of UGC guidelines in this regard will be supplied to all applicants as a separate booklet.

  • As the number of seats in the Women’s Hostel is Limited, admission will be on a first come first serve basis.
  • Students seeking admission under the Sports/Cultural/Physically disabled quotas shall meet the principal with the necessary documents and submit separate forms.
  • Students are also advised to join various Talent Clubs functioning in the College.
