The Department offers an under graduate programme on Food Science and Quality Control Model III. The programme consists of broad spectrum of studies on various discipline of food science sector including Food chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food analysis and so on. The programme also offers knowledge on Chemistry and Zoology as complimentary subjects. The curriculum also focus to provide laboratory skills among the students on Food chemistry, Food analysis & adulteration testing and Microbilogy.
